MSI is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm ET. Open Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm ET between March 1st through May 31st.
We mainly serve South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, however, we will happily deliver products elsewhere upon request.
Less than 5 miles: $32.50
5-15 miles: $65
15-25 miles: $100
25 or more: $175
Wholesale: within 1-2 days

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON LANDSCAPE MATERIAL, ALL SALES FINAL
(Mulch, Topsoil, Compost, River Rock, Pine Bales, Straw Bales, etc.)
Our employees will be glad to make suggestions of material but ultimately you choose for your project. Please research to be sure you get what is needed for your project. All sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. All earth mined material, mulch and hardscapes products vary in characteristics that often change. Be sure to order enough product at the time of purchase to ensure consistency. Once the material leaves our yard the transactions are final.
Our drivers deliver to the edge of the traveled portion of a street/roadway. If our driver moves BEYOND THE CURB LINE or edge of the traveled portion of the street/roadway under the direction/request of the property owner or agent, WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage to driveways, sidewalks, fences, structures, utilities, irrigation, strip drains, gutter, landscaping or other items on the property. If the delivery driver becomes unable to maneuver the company truck/equipment off the property a $450 towing fee will be assessed to the responsible party.
